Ingredienser: Bønne spirer 200g Æg 3 Sesam oli Salt, peber Oli
-piske æg, tilsætte salt. - Varm olien i panden, lyn steg bønne spirer, tilsætte salt sesam oli, peber. - Varm olien i panden, del de piskede æg i 4 portioner og lave 4 tynd skiver æg pandkage. - Del bønne spirer til 4 potion på de 4 æg pandekage og derefter roller up.

Prawns about 20 pieces Chickenfilet about 150 g Cashewnuts about 100 g
Carrots 2 Green peas or Sweet peapods Green onion/Spring onion 2 stems Fresh coriander 2 stems Garlic 2 cloves mashed Fresh ginger 8 slices ( 4 slices fine chopped)
Light soya sauce 2 tabel spoon Salt Sesame oil Corn flour Oil

Peel, clean prawns and add salt, chopped fresh ginger, corn flour (1 tea spoon), mix well. Cut chickenfilet (in cubes) and add salt, few drops of sesame oil, corn flour (1 tea spoon).
Peel carrots, cut it into thin slice. Clean green onion/Spring onion cut it into about 3 cm long. Clean fresh coriander and chop it (roughly)
Rosting cashewnuts:
Add row cashewnuts in the dry frying-pan, rost it till golden brown, add little salt and sugar while is hot. Put it in a bowl.
Procedure: _ Heat up oil in the frying-pan, stir fry prawns till just before well done. Then remove it form frying-pan. _ Heat up oil, stir-fry chichen till just befor well done. Then remove it from frying-pan. _ Add sliced frish ginger, garlics, add carrots, spring onion in frying-pan, stir-fry for about 1-2 min. _ Add prawns, chicken mix well with all veg. Add light soya sauce mix well with all ingredients, add corn flour ( corn flour mix with water) and cook every thing for a couple of min. _ Pull rosted cashewnuts and rough chopped coriander on top the dish before serving.

Hosin Sauce 2 table spoon Mango chutney 2 table spoon Water 300-350 ml Corn flour 1½ tea spoon Oil 2 table spoon
Marinate chicken legs in:
Lemon juice 2 table spoon Salt Pepper Light soya sauce 2 table spoon Chopped coriander 2 table spoon Hoisin sauce 2 table spoon Cinnamon powder 1 tea spoon
* Cover chicken legs with the ingredients
Procedure:
_ Peel onion, carrots and potatos. cut them in cubes. _ Heat oil in a pot to saute` garlic and onion. _ Add chicken legs in the pot, fry for about 2 min. _ Add salt, pepper,mongo chutney, Hoision sauce and 300 ml water. Mix well, cook for 30-40 min. _ Add carrots, potatos in the pot and cook for about 5-10 min. _ Add corn flour water (Mix 1½ tea spoon corn flour with 50 ml water). Mix well and cook for about 1-2 min. _ Serve the dish.
